Jana Waughn
President and CEO
Ms. Waughn has more than 15 years of finance, treasury management and operations experience with Ameritrade, Jefferson Pilot and Hewlett-Packard. Since founding the company in 2001, she has been the driving force behind RemitPro’s vision to become the leading provider of funds processing and risk management tools for the brokerage and insurance industries.
John McDonnell III

Mr. McDonnell is currently a principal in Bay Bridge Capital Management, LLC, an alternative asset management firm focused on achieving absolute returns through the trading of equity securities in the telecom-media-technology (TMT) industry sector. Prior to joining Bay Bridge Capital, Mr. McDonnell served as President of Dunluce Acquisition Corp., a take-over vehicle for the attempted acquisition of TNS, Inc. (NYSE:TNS), a global data communications company to the financial services industry. Mr. McDonnell previously served as Chief Strategy Officer for TNS and a member of its board of directors, spearheading TNS's merger and acquisitions efforts and other corporate development activities. Mr. McDonnell was a leader of the management team that sold TNS to PSINet in 1999 and subsequently succeeded in repurchasing TNS from PSINet in 2001 through an LBO. Mr. McDonnell has also served as the senior vice president - corporate development for PaylinX Corp., a transaction processing software firm that was acquired by CyberSource (NASDAQ:CYBS). Prior to PaylinX, Mr. McDonnell was the senior vice president - general counsel for Transaction Network Services, Inc., a predecessor company to TNS, where he managed the IPO process and multiple acquisitions. Since the mid-90s, Mr. McDonnell has been an active venture capital investor through his family's fund and has served on the boards of Core Communications (acquired by Swisscom (NYSE:SCM)), Ecutel Systems (acquired by Smith Micro (NASDAQ:SMSI)) and currently RemitPro. Mr. McDonnell has been associated with the law firms of Brown & Wood and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, and is a member of the bar in California and the District of Columbia. Mr. McDonnell earned his B.A. degree with honors from Stanford University and his J.D. from UCLA law school.
John Backus

As a founder and managing partner of Draper Atlantic, an early stage information technology venture capital firm, Mr. Backus is a seasoned technology investor and entrepreneur. Prior to founding Draper Atlantic, he was a founding investor and the president and CEO of InteliData Technologies. He also currently serves on the board of directors for Artifact Network, FTRANS& Mobile 65. Mr. Backus holds an economics degree and M.B.A. from Stanford University.

Mark E. Belles is currently the Vice President of Business Development for Blackboard, Inc. Blackboard is a leading provider of enterprise software applications and related services to the education industry. Founded in 1997, Blackboard enables educational innovations everywhere by connecting people and technology. Millions of people use Blackboard everyday at academic institutions around the globe, including colleges, universities, K-12 schools and other education providers, as well as textbook publishers and student-focused merchants that serve education providers and their students.
Prior to joining Blackboard Mr. Belles was Executive Vice President of Sales and Service at Virtuoso. Belles oversaw the Member Sales and Service division, encompassing member agency productivity, agent development and the network's International expansion. Belles' extensive background in leading successful sales teams, strategic development and global alliances, brought a fresh perspective to both the travel industry and Virtuoso.
