Tom Schildhauer
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Schildhauer has extensive experience helping Clients leverage technology to develop innovative business solutions. He began his career with IBM Corp. where he served as a Finance and Insurance Industry Specialist for thirteen years. In 1989 he joined Norstan Communications where he served as Vice President General Manager of the Midwestern Area until 1999. During the period 2000 to 2003 he provided market development consulting services to Solcom Inc. a venture funded company specializing in electronic medical records. He joined RemitPro in 2004 and led the company effort to launch its check imaging/clearing solution with several major Brokerage Firms and Banks.

Douglas Ingram
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Ingram is a results oriented executive that founded and sold a successful information technology company. He has managed diverse organizations in both public and private corporations while enhancing the performance of each organization. Dr. Ingram is active in the technology community and is focused on making a positive impact on people and organizations. He is also Chairman of the Board of the Suburban Hospital Foundation.

David Bailis
Member Board of Directors/Investor
Mr. Bailis has an extensive background in payment processing and ecommerce. Mr. Bailis was previously Executive Vice President of First Data Corporation. From 2000 to 2001, Mr. Bailis has responsibility for First Data’s electronic commerce initiatives. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Bailis had overall responsibility for First Data’s worldwide card issuer business with more than $1.5B in annualized revenue and 11,000 employees. Mr. Bailis was formerly First Data’s General Counsel/Chief Administrative Officer from 1992 to 1998. Prior to First Data, Mr. Bailis was a partner with the law firm of Peper, Martin, Jensen, Maichel & Hetlage. Mr. Bailis holds a degree from McGill University, a J.D. from Washington University, and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University.

John Backus
Member Board of Directors/Investor
Mr. Backus is a seasoned technology investor and entrepreneur with over 16 years of experience investing in and managing rapidly growing, high-technology companies. Mr. Backus was a founding investor and the President and Chief Executive Officer of InteliData Technologies. John then became a founding member and managing partner of Draper Atlantic, where he managed a $142 million venture Portfolio. Mr. Backus has negotiated dozens of merger, acquisition, divestiture, venture investment, and corporate finance transactions and currently serves as Managing Partner, New Atlantic Ventures. NAV is an early-stage information technology venture capital fund based in Northern Virginia. He is also the immediate past Chairman of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, and was appointed by Virginia Governor Mark Warner to co-chair the Virginia Research and Technology Advisory Commission (VRTAC).

John McDonnell
Member Board of Directors/Investor
Mr. McDonnell is co-founder and managing partner of Altai Ventures, a payments-focused venture capital fund. From 2001-2006, Mr. McDonnell was Chief Strategy Officer and a member of the board of directors of Transaction Network Services, a provider of communications services to transaction processing, financial services and telecommunications industries. Previously, Mr. McDonnell was a senior executive and investor in PaylinX, a developer of transaction processing software, which was acquired by CyberSource in 2000.

Jan Madsen
Member Board of Directors
Ms. Madsen currently is the Vice President for Finance at Creighton University and has overall financial responsibility for the private, Jesuit University which has enrollment of over 7,000 students of diverse faiths and races from across the United States and 41 countries. Ms. Madsen previously served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Financial Services Division of First Data Corporation. In her 14-year career at First Data, Ms. Madsen also managed many other operational and finance departments, including treasury and settlement operations, corporate financial planning and analysis and six sigma. Ms. Madsen is actively involved in the community, serving on the Boards of Boys Town and Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Midlands.

Ric Duques
Investor
Ric Duques is the former Chairman of the Board and CEO of First Data Corporation where he served from 1992-2002. He remained chairman of the Board until January 2003. Duques formerly served as president and chief executive officer of the Data Based Services Group at American Express Travel Related Services Co. Inc., which he joined in 1987. Prior to joining American Express, Mr. Duques was group president of financial services for Automatic Data Processing. He is the chairman of the board for eONE Global LP, a company formed by First Data to accelerate the development of emerging payment technologies. Mr. Duques also is a board member of Unisys Corp., SunGard and is on the board of trustees for The George Washington University.
