eRemitPro is a data capture and check image capture software application. It consists of a desktop check scanner, a workstation check imaging program and a link to the RemitPro website. This allows you to prepare electronic deposits from your desktop to send to your bank of choice. Customer account data can be uploaded to other systems, and images can be archived at RemitPro’s website or downloaded to your database.

How it works:

Each client check is run through a scanning device to capture its image and MICR line (routing number, account number and check serial number). |

The account number and dollar amount are captured by the eRemitPro application. |

The check image and MICR line information are then routed to RemitPro for processing and deposit at the bank(s) of your choice. |

As soon as RemitPro receives a transaction, it’s available for viewing on the eRemitPro secure website. |
